Marcolin reports sales of 155,3 million euro for the first nine months of this year. This is an increase of 19% compared to the 130,9 million euro sales in the first nine months of 2009. Net profit in the period increased from 4,4 million euro in 2009 to 13,9 million euro in 2010. Of course the new brands like Tod’s, Hogan and John Galliano contributed significantly to the improving results. From a geographical point of view Europe and especially Italy are the main market with more as 55% of the sales. Sales in Asia showed the strongest increase with 32,5%.
