The recently launched optical platform NanaWoody&John grows rapidly. In the last weeks brands like DITA, Cazal, Marni, Lealeks and Andy Wolf decided to join and contribute to the promotion of independent opticians and the distinguishing collections they sell. All Dutch independent opticians already have their own page at the website www.nanawoodyandjohn.com and are automatically linked to the participating brands. Social media like Facebook and Instagram are used to encourage visiting the website and create brand awareness. The platform also collaborates with other media to reach its goals. All in all the start is rather successful but there is still a lot of work to do. Fortunately more and more brands and stores realize that “storytelling” is the new advertising. And that is exactly what NanaWoody&John does. Every day you will find new stories and beautiful pictures at the website which might probably inspire consumers to visit an optician soon. Companies and stores can contribute by sharing these stories and make sure more and more people see them!
