They don’t call it a merger but much more a “meeting of minds”. Both designers know each other for a long time, admire each other’s work and expect to be able to strengthen each other. Both will continue to work from their respective headquarters in London and Copenhagen but will share and support each other in all kind of areas from business to design. Both brands see advantages and possibilities for future growth without being in each other’s way. It is another example of a collaboration in the industry of which we have seen a few more recently. Apparently the industry starts to understand that a more professional approach and a certain degree of scale size might be necessary to play an important role in the future.
