Eye-wear.nl, the online (sun)glasses store founded by Bernd Damme has been sold to a group of companies: City Lens already owns successful stores in Rotterdam and online activities like Lensexpress, Crystal Beheer, is the company of the owners of the Dutch brand Sinner and outsider Monobrands builds webshops and supports its clients concerning their online strategies. Monobrands is part of EEN Media which explores digital media and e-commerce activities. The combination of the three new owners is interesting and could lead to a network of webshops comparable to that aimed by the BRIL.nl concept about which we informed you earlier.
