The sunglasses season has hardly been closed but it is time already to prepare the next one. Although for most opticians sunglasses aren’t the most important part of their business, in Spring and Summer sunglasses create a lot of extra traffic. In addition sunglasses certainly do have an interesting growth potential of which Dutch opticians do not profit enough. For that reason, at the traditional Sunglasses Fair which will take place on Sunday November 7 and Monday November 8, the focus will be more than ever on trend information, collection profiles and collection management. The Fair is not only a good moment to purchase but also the right place to get informed, collect information and learn about sales opportunities. All of them could be helpful in the next season to sell more and especially more varied in order to make the sunglasses department more attractive and more profitable.
