Dutch optician Greving & Greving has been awarded with the Family Owned Company of the Year Award in the region Drenthe. The company will now compete with the winners in other regions for the National Family Owned Company of the Year Award which will be presented in September. The election is an initiative of the Center of Family Owned Companies in cooperation with regional newspapers. The jury looked at 45 companies in Drenthe and unanimously choose Greving & Greving as the winner in this region. The jury report says; ‘this is a solid and well-organised company with its feet into the local society and respect for its employees”. Of course Greving & Greving which will celebrate its 100th birthday next year, showed itself very happy with this Award.
