The Danish company ProDesign and the French Architectures with brands like Face à Face and Woow announce a merger and will continue as part of investment company Erhvervsinvest which owns ProDesign already since 2012. Pascal Jaulent and Nadine Roth of Architectures remain as shareholders and will continue to contribute to the future developments of Architectures. The new group expects sales of 40 million euro in 2014.
