The Japanese designlabel 999.9, pronounced as ‘four nines’, will soon be available everywhere in Europe. The last year, the designers worked hard to create an European collection which will be enlarged with new styles every season. 999.9 refers to the international gold standard and reveals the ambition of the label which explores 14 own stores as well as 9 franchise ones in Japan and is available in another 500 independent stores throughout the country. 999.9 pays, in a typical Japanese tradition, a lot of attention to the ergonomics of the frames and developed a range of unique features to ensure a perfect and comfortable fit with an ideal division of the pressure on nose and ears. This approach, completely different from most European collections, makes this collection especially interesting for independent opticians who like to distinct and take the time to advice their clients.
