This Autumn Klaus and Arnold Schmied of Silhouette will transfer their duties to a new management and remain as members of the board of the company. Thomas Windischbauer becomes responsible for production, technology, finance, logistics and administration. Daniel Rogger will take care of product development, brand management, sales and human resources. Windischbauer works for Silhouette since 2011, Rogger made career in the watch industry. This is the first time in the company’s history that it will be managed without a member of the Silhouette family involved in the daily business. Arnold and Klaus Schmied took over from their father and mother who founded Silhouette in 1963.
