Is it a trend or were the major eyewear manufacturers sleeping or has the accent in their activities in these economical difficult times changed to sales, sales and once again sales without money or energy for PR for their brands and (sun)glasses in general? We don’t know but notice that we see less (sun)glasses as ever at the catwalks of the international fashion weeks. London continues the trend we spotted at New York. Michael Kors however, showing in New York of course, was one of the few who fitted some of his models with sunglasses. But we are still not halfway of all shows so maybe there is more to come. Especially in Milan and Paris, with their large tradition when it comes to (sun)glasses and a major eyewear industry, we expect to see more! Vision-Today keeps you posted!
